1. What type of cards do you sell?

All of our greeting cards are folded down to 7" x 5". Some of our cards are horizontal, some are vertical, all are pictured clearly on the website. All of our nature photo cards are printed in the U.S.A. They are printed on 100lb gloss cover stock, which is thicker than many cards on the market today.

2. What is on the back of your cards?

The back of our nature photo cards have a small logo at the bottom. Otherwise, the card is blank and white. You can view a picture of the back of our cards, click here.

3. What is on the inside of your cards?

The inside of our nature photo cards are blank and white. They can be written on with pen or pencil and can also be printed on. We utilize a laserjet to print our custom card messages.

4. Do you provide envelopes with your cards?

Yes, every nature photo card comes with an envelope. If you order a box of cards (set of 10), you will receive 10 envelopes, plus one extra, in case you mess up. The front of the envelopes are blank white and the back of the envelope has a green flap with logo. You can view our envelopes, click here.

5. How long does it take to process my order?

Once an order is received, it will usually ship on the next business day (M-F). If your order is time sensitive, contact us to ensure the proper delivery will be met.

6. How is my order shipped?

We ship all of our products via first-class USPS. It is the most cost-effective method. If you prefer another method or quicker method, please contact us (additional fees may apply).

7. What is a custom card and how does it work?

Select the photo card you like, type in the message that you want printed on the inside, and we will print your message on the inside of the card and mail it to your recipient. We utilize Adobe Garamond font in black ink. You can view the sample of an inside custom card, click here.

8. What type of payments do you accept?

We accept visa, mastercard and discover. We currently do not accept American Express.

9. Is your site secure?

We utilize up to 256-bit encryption technology with our SSL. As with any online payment system, make sure that the url begins with https:// when you are entering your credit card information. Our site does this automatically, which ensures your information is encrypted.
