Privacy Policy

We never sell or rent your personal information to any third parties under any circumstances. We collect, process and maintain payment information, including credit card information, in compliance with the data security rules adopted by credit card companies such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. This means that we do not retain debit card PINs or credit card security codes. We do not retain credit card numbers. Our gateway processor may retain these numbers and they use access controls and strong encryption to protect them.

Shipping Policy

We ship all of our products via USPS. We usually process within 24 hours of when you submit your order. If you need expidited shipping or an alternative method, contact us. We mail our product from Southern Califonia, delivery times vary depending on destination and the USPS.

Return Policy

The item may ONLY be returned because we shipped you the wrong item or the item was damaged.
We shall be contacted by email within thirty (14) days from the date you receive the order to qualify for a return, and the order must be shipped out with the original receipt within 3 days of contacting us.

If the item was damaged or the wrong item was sent out, we will promptly ship a replacement at no charge or a refund will be issued to the original credit card within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse.
